Immigration Services
The IRC provides the following services to foreign national seeking entry into
the United States for purposes of family and school-related matters, business,
pleasure and employment:
Family-Based and Employment Petitions
The IRC will prepare and file the Form I-130/I-140 petitions along with the
Form I-485 adjustment package to USCIS. Additionally, counsel will conduct
mock interviews of clients in preparation and attendance of the adjustment
interview with USCIS.

Student, Tourist, Professional Visas
The most common nonimmigrant visas the IRC prepares for clients seeking entry
into the United States are the following: 1) F visas for students; 2) B visas:
B-1 for business visitors and B-2 for visitors for pleasure; and 3)
Professional Visas: H, L, O, and R.

Special Immigrant Visas
- U Visa Relief — The IRC will assist in preparing
U visa relief applications for those immigrants who have been the
victims of certain crimes in the United States, including, but not limited
to rape; torture; trafficking; incest; domestic violence; sexual
assault/abusive sexual contact; prostitution; sexual exploitation; female
genital mutilation; being held hostage; peonage; involuntary servitude;
slave trade; kidnapping; abduction; unlawful criminal restraint; false
imprisonment; blackmail; extortion; manslaughter; murder; felonious
assault; witness tampering; obstruction of justice; perjury; or attempt,
conspiracy, or solicitation to commit any of the above-mentioned crimes.
- Petition for Alien Entrepreneur — Immigrant entrepreneurs
seeking to migrate to the United States for purposes of investing in a new
commercial enterprise for which you will engage in a
managerial/policy-making capacity may require the assistance of the IRC in
preparing your corporate documents and visa applications. Business
enterprise is required to create employment for at least 10 U.S.
citizens/lawful permanent residents, and the minimum investment is
$1,000,000 or $500,000 for targeted (rural) area with a population less
than 20,000.

Removal/Deportation Defense
The IRC attorney will represent immigrants before the United States Department
of Justice - Executive Office for Immigration Review. The attorney is
responsible for presenting cases at formal hearings before the immigration
judges, including, but not limited to hearings involving removal/deportation,
exclusion, rescission, bond; and voluntary departure. Other cases handled by
the IRC involve immigrants seeking relief from removal/deportation in the form
of asylum/withholding of removal; cancellation of removal; waivers from
removal; and adjustment of status. The IRC also represents detained criminal
aliens in bond hearings and removal proceedings. The IRC will prepare and
file all appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals in Falls Church, Virginia.

G-3. Representatives of foreign governments, and their immediate family members who would ordinarily qualify for G-1 or G-2 visas except that their governments are not members of an international organization.
G-4. Officers or employees of international organizations and their immediate family members.
G-5. Attendants, servants and personal employees of G-1 through G-4 visa holders and their immediate family members.
H-1B. Persons working in specialty occupations requiring at least a bachelor's degree or it's equivalent in on-the-job experience, and distinguished fashion models.
H-2A. Temporary agricultural workers coming to the U.S. to fill full time positions for which a temporary shortage of American workers has been recognized by the U.S Department of Agriculture.
H-2B. Temporary workers of various kinds coming to the U.S. to perform temporary jobs for which there is a shortage of available qualified American workers.
H-3. Temporary trainees.
H-4. Immediate family members of H-1, H-2 or H-3 visa holders.
I. Bona fide representatives of the foreign press coming to the U.S. to work solely in that capacity and their immediate family members.
J-1. Exchange visitors coming to the U.S. to study, work or train as part of an exchange program officially recognized by the United States Information Agency.
J-2. Immediate family members of J-1 visa holders.
K-1. Fiancé(e) of U.S. citizens coming to the U.S. for the purpose of getting married.
K-2. Minor, unmarried children of K-1 visa holders
L-1. Intracompany transferees who work in positions as managers, executives or persons with specialized knowledge.
L-2. Immediate family members of L-1 visa holders.
M-1. Vocational or other nonacademic students, other than language students.
M-2. Immediate family members of M-1 visa holders.
N. Children of certain special immigrants. `
NATO-1, NATO-2, NATO-3, NATO-4 and NATO-5. Associates coming to the U.S. under applicable provisions of the NATO Treaty and their immediate family members.
NATO-6. Members of civilian components accompanying military forces on missions authorized under the NATO Treaty and their immediate family members.

O-1. Persons of extraordinary ability in the sciences, arts, education, business or athletics.
O-2. Essential support staff O-1 visa holders.
O-3. Immediate family members of O-1 and O-2 visa holders.
P-1. Internationally recognized athletes and entertainers and their essential support staff.
P-2. Entertainers coming to perform in the U.S. through a government-recognized exchange program.
P-3. Artists and entertainers coming to the U.S. in a group for the purpose of presenting culturally unique performances.
P-4. Immediate family members of P-1, P-2, P-3 visa holders.
Q-1. Exchange visitors coming to the U.S. to participate in international cultural-exchange programs.
Q-2. Immediate family members of Q-1 visa holders.
R-1. Ministers and other workers of recognized religions.
R-2. Immediate family members of R-1 visa holders.
S-1. People coming to the U.S. to supply critical information to federal or state authorities where it has been determined that their presence in the U.S. is essential to the success of a criminal investigation or prosecution.
S-2. People coming to the U.S. to provide critical information to federal authorities or a court, who will be in danger as a result of providing such information, and are eligible to receive a reward for the information.
S-3. Immediate family members of S-1 or S-2 visa holders.

Visas Especiales para Inmigrantes
- Visa U Ayuda –
Nosotros asistimos y preparamos visas U a aquellas personas que han sido victimas de ciertos crímenes en los Estados Unidos, como por ejemplo violación, tortura, trafico de drogas, incesto, violencia domestica, contacto o abuso sexual, prostitución, explotación sexual, mutilación sexual femenina, haber sido tenido como rehén, esclavitud, servidumbre involuntaria, esclavitud comercial, rapto, secuestro, restricción criminal ilegal; detención ilegal; chantaje; extorsión; homicidio involuntario; asesinato; asalto; testigo de manipulación; obstrucción de la justicia; perjurio; o tentativa, conspiración, o solicitud para cometer cualquiera de los crímenes antes mencionados.
- Peticiones para Empresarios Extranjeros –
Este tipo de visa es para empresarios extranjeros que desean inmigrar a los Estados Unidos con el propósito de invertir en una nueva empresa comercial la cual deberá crear por lo menos 10 empleos para ciudadanos o residentes permanente legales en los Estados Unidos. La inversión mínima es de $ 1,000,000 o $500,000 dólares para áreas rurales donde la población es menos de 20,000 personas. IRC guía y asiste en la preparación de todos sus documentos corporativos y aplicaciones para dicho tipo de visa.

REMOVER/DEFENSA DE DEPORTACION
IRC representan a los inmigrantes ante el Departamento de Justicia de los Estados Unidos- Oficina Ejecutiva para la Revisión de Inmigración. Nos hacemos responsables de representar los casos en visitas formales ante los jueces de Inmigración, incluyendo entre otros casos remover/deportación, exclusión rescisión, fianza y salida voluntaria.
